Whats not to like?
Cheap strings usually feel like, well, cheap strings, but as I was ordering from thomann anyway I thought I'd try a couple of sets of their cheap strings.
These 9s went on my telecaster, this guitar is used by my daughter for her music GCSE and so I change the strings fairly regular just for reliability during any school performance she has to do.
When I first string it up with these I was expecting that horrible cheap string feeling, but it wasn't there, they felt like decent guitar strings. The tuned up, stretched in and held tune just fine, and they also sounded as good as branded guitar strings
Like I said usually strings on this guitar get changed fairly regular but I've found these have lasted longer than the EBs I usually put in them, they have kept the zing longer. They still sound alive longer after I'd be swapping out the usual brand of string.
They do everything you want a string to do, they feel right, they sound right, they last very well and they cost very little. I'd suggest anyone add a set of 2 to any thomann order and give them a try, because if like me you find them good you could be saving yourself a lot of money on a guitar you gig regular.

Great for the value
So I was kinda skeptical about these but I've ordered some other stuff so I popped in a few to reach the free shipping limit.
Surpising feel and tone, they are fine. Not as shiny and nice looking as like a nickel D'Addario, EB or DR but still really worth the value. I bought 6 packs of these for the price of one set of D'Addario.

The price tag is misleading
Because I've got a lot of guitar projects, I decided to buy these "cheap" strings for mockups, that is, untill I found an old, used set and ended up using these strings on a guitar.
They are affordable but not "cheap" at all. They sound great and last longer than the "major brand" ones I usually use.
Try a set of these and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

awesome quality
i kept breaking my strigs on an extreme regular.
1 set of strings usualy lasted 1-2 days. so i wanted to try out a cheap set of string so that it didnt matter to much if they broke.
and i got to say holy sh*t these are great. same quality if not better than ddario strings. and at 1/5th the prise.
all i can say is insane quality at a low price. if nothing else try them out.

Cool strings from Harley Benton
There is nothing to say ...
Good inexpensive strings.
For the price of some expensive strings, you can take 3-4 pieces of these and not worry that someday you will need to go to the music store for new strings.

How can HB produce such great value strings at such a great price?! Amazing value for money. Can’t fault them. Play well and sound good too.

Why spend more?
These work excellently, great feel, great tuning stability, good tension, they don't feel cheap and they don't play cheap, they are simply a very good string regardless of price.
I'll never use else now, it would be pointless.

Practice strings?
Nope. Strings. Get over the fact that half the strings in the world are made by only a handful of companies, overcome label slavery and use cheapies!
I have acidic sweat and replace my strings every practice session at the end because even with fast fret, I've pocked a set of strings.
Live?, one gig and they're etched. I don't like the feel of coated strings. Never have. Pity really.
So, they're strings in the commonly known '9' gauge. They hold their tune after a short while. No-one has ever said 'Your strings sound awful' to me. Until you let on, no-one knows you're not using an expensive brand. Keep it that way.
They are, to me, no different from any other non-coated set of 9's. I cannot tell who makes a string when I'm playing and am no string snob.
Rock on!

Amazed how good these are!
I've been playing guitar for 37 years and I've used many different brands of strings - from now on, I see no reason to buy more expensive strings...
I added a pack of these to an order to check them out - I wasn't expecting much at this price, but thought they were worth a shot. They really impressed me!
They stretch in quickly, they maintain their tone extremely well - better than some more expensive brands - they do not tarnish quickly, and they, importantly, sound great!
I cannot see a reason to buy more expensive strings anymore - these do the job perfectly well and they are incredibly cheap! Amazing how this quality and reliability can come at this price!
