Exceeded my expectations
This is my first Harley Benton guitar. I wasn't sure what to expect for a 120-ish pound guitar. Sure there's a couple of very light imperfections to the finish on the guitar but other than that this guitar looks great. The guitar really needed a set up as the bridge saddles were sky high but a minor allen key adjustment to the saddles fixed it. The pickups I wasn't expecting much but for the price I really can't complain. The only thing I can suggest is in the listing it says it's strung with di'addarios. I don't believe they are... I dont know what they are but they aren't the best of quality strings but again for the price, can't complain too much at all. I think 4 out of 5 stars is reasonable has there are some slight imperfections but overall its decent gear for a good price.

Very disappointed.
So I just got this, and I wanted to love it so badly. It’s beautiful, but the devil is certainly in the details. There are lots of little quality issues on it, but what really bothers me is that it is unplayable out of the box. The fret buzz and terrible intonation make this a noise maker rather than a usable instrument. I have to spend more than I paid for the guitar on getting it fixed by a luthier just so I can play it. Not happy.

Get the ST-20HH - Now!!!!
Let's face it, for the price, it's nearly impossible to find any comparable guitar with active pickups. If yu're not sure about this guitar, don't hesitate, just get it! It's an amazing value, plays & sounds great right out of the box. I bought it & I have multiple guitars that cost 4x the cost of this, yet I now play this guitar every day. Nothing more to say, just get it.

Great Quality Product
Another good quality product from the HB line, good sounds for heavy metal, satin neck adds a lot to this guitar.
