Harley Benton SpaceShip 40

This is the first pedalboard i bought. My pedals started to pile up and i needed some organization. Will this be the last pedalboard i ever need? Quite frankly, it's possible. I don't see myself needing another one or a different one unless i run out of space for the pedals.

In the package there's everything you need to set up a pedalboard from scratch except the power supply - i know some pedalboards come with one, this does not, but that's a good thing, you can use the one you want.

Currently, i have my amp's pedal switch, and 4 other pedals on it. It's so convenient to have everything together, but of course, that's what pedalboards are for.

How you attach pedals on it is with the provided velcro tape. Cut the tape to size and attach it to your pedal. The pedalboard is lined with the soft pedalboard side, and just stick it on there. The only downside to this is that small form factor pedals, mini pedals etc., are not held too tight on it, they wobble. And the other downside is - it's sticky and one velcro tape peeled off the specification sticker on the back of one of my pedals... So be careful with that.

Other than that, it's sturdy, adjustable hight and pedal surface witdh (for different size pedals), included velcro and power supply rubber to hold it in place beneath the pedalboard. It also comes with a handy gig bag!

It's a great pedalboard with the only slight downside being the method you attach the pedals on it, but if you're careful with the velcro, it's a non destructive way to hold your pedals.

Space wise - it will hold 8-10 boss sized pedals, depending on how close you want them next to each other.

After years of keeping my two guitar pedals in a backpack and placing them directly on the floor, I finally bought a pedal board. Why didn't I get one sooner? It also gave me the excuse to buy a few more!

The pedal board is so sturdy and I can fit my 5 new guitar pedals and one wah-wah pedal on it with space for one more! It was really easy to put together and adjust to your preferred height.

My pedal power supply didn't fit under the board so I have it attached to the top of the board. (My pedal power supply isn't a conventional one-it's from Donner and is quite long in its size)
But if your power supply is more square I'd say it would fit underneath and I'd reckon you could then fit 7-8 boss-sized pedals on the board.

The velcro fasters are so easy to use and apply to your pedals. They are so strong and there is no chance of your pedals falling off when you put the board in its bag. It is a bit of a struggle to re-arrange your pedals because of how strong the velcro is but trust me that's a good complaint! Just work out where they are going to go first before fixing them to the board.

The bag itself is of excellent quality and I think for the money this is an excellent choice for any guitarist.

I got this as it was cheaper than a secondhand pedaltrain jr which is almost the same in terms of dimensions. My unit arrived slightly rombus-shaped, as it's made of straight pieces of aluminium (I assume), screwed together (vs welded for pedaltrain products). Loosening the screws allowed me to straighten the pedalboard out. It's nice to be able to mode the inner rails up and down a bit to accommodate different sized pedals or PSU being mounted underneath. The PSU mounting space with the included rubber bands is also handy.

One thing to keep in mind is that the vertical side rails are raised and have a ribbed plastic texture, so velcro can't really be applied there if you like to pack your boards edge-to-edge.

The included bag is ok quality, not as heavy duty as what you'd get with a pedaltrain, but it does the job, especially considering the price.

I needed a pedalboard to keep my pedals all together. I used to use them all in a line and when I stopped playing I had to put them all away separately. I searched for an affordable but sturdy pedalboard. The big names were well out of my budget, so I decided to give this Harley Benton product a try.
It is very well built. I weigh 92 kilos and I stood on it and it didn't even make a sound. It looks quite nice and the velcro will hold your pedals in place well.
I fitted 4 stompboxes on it and a wah pedal and it still has room for another 2 pedals easily!
It will fit 8 pedals but if you have a full sized wah pedal, you will probably not be able to fit the eighth one on it.
The gigbag hasn't a huge amount of padding, but it will do the job of transporting it safely anywhere you want to go. Just be a bit carefull so that it doesn't get hit by a car. They are your pedals after all.
All in all a great, sturdy, affordable choice.

For the price, there's not much more you can ask for. The chassis looks sturdy, the adjustable front feet are a nice addition. The elastic bands meant for the power supply look durable enough, but I went a bit further placing some velcro underneath the pedalboard too, so that my power supply (Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+, which is quite expensive) is even more secured.
The velcro is of very good quality, and its adhesive very strong, I had some velcro straps that didn't stick firmly to my pedals, this is not the case!
And the padded bag is another great addition: if you tour a lot and want absolute zero thoughts of where to put your stuff I'd choose the hard case. Personally, I just put softer bags like this on top of the rest of my equipement so that I'm 100% sure that nothing will be accidentally damaged.

Sturdy, very decent size, easy to fit the last few bits, comes with everything you need.

Harley Benton ISO-12 Pro power supply also fits underneath well. Only slight complaint would be that because of where the power supply fits, you will need to buy right angle-to-right angle power cables to maximise the use of space on the board, but I imagine you will need to do this with most other pedalboards anyway. Could just be me putting it on the wrong way. Felt suspiciously cheap when I bought it, but had 0 complaints after throwing it about in cars and taxis to and from the studio. The bag zip has been abused a fair bit and still holds strong.

Just get it, you will need to save your cash for your pedals and other bits anyway so no point paying over the odds for something identical with different branding.
