It's okay
Frankie B 04.01.2023
My guitar came in with rusty strings, action as high as snoop dog, and fretboard and body drier than the Sahara, not sure if I will keep it, I assume is a hit and miss with the affordable guitars from Harley Benton, overall you get what you pay for. I'm surprised it made it out of QC, the bridge and insides were insanely dirty, in the back lots of scratches, tuners don't stay in tune, from far it looks beautiful, from close not so much, the neck makes a cringing noise when attempting to tune. The gig bag and accessories are perfect.

It's a good size, light, not very loud, it really fits the purpose I got it for since I wanted a small guitar to keep for moving around to silent practice, just wished I had a premium version of it.

Love the sound and Preamp. Hate the Neck profile
Francisco Tarrega 02.08.2022
Excellent Tuners once tightened, nice preamp with more info on the tuner than Fishman. Ok sound -bright treble and less base due to dimensions. Couldn't get used to the V neck profile. Makes my hand hurt if prolonged bar-cords used. I will have to sand this myself. HB PLEASE make this guitar with a normal "C" neck profile

Poor quality
CouchPlayer 04.05.2020
I've bought this as a couch guitar and to some extent it has fulfilled this duty.
But after some time it started buzzing around 12th and 13th fret to the point that now those two frets are completely useless. I cannot tell if it's a high fret, neck, nut, or saddle problem. If I take it to a luthier he'll probably charge me more than the price of the guitar to fix it.

I guess it that was to be expected from such a low price?! Don't know, but now I only play until fret 11...

Good quality for the value
Olexa 13.07.2021
I'd bought GS-Travel-E as a change for Yamaha GL1. Good sound. Good playability. But my guitar just from the box had two issues. At first, deep scratch near a bridge. And, at second, the battery box is not closable when it contains a battery. I had used matches to fix it. It seems like as B-Stock guitar, but I paid full price. (( The next time I will never buy the cheapest guitar with electronic parts. And advice people who look a small guitar for traveling - don't pay for this and wait for GS-Travel

for this price it is ok. but when you look at it you think it was assembled quickly and hurriedly. also plastic keys are the least funny.

Good for the price but the action was a problem
Parth 01.04.2019
Almost after a month of usage, the action got disturbed and the 1st sting started touching the fretboard. I tried fixing it with the supplied Allen key but now the general tuning is compromised in the higher frets. The guitar is not sounding very good anymore. But overall a good copy of the original Taylor guitar.
