Disappointment
I have a few HB effects but this was one was a disappointment. It works quite well but there are few cons which lead to that I am not using effect anymore. When I set Repeat to 1 o`clock and more feedback is unbearable. Also when plugged in FX Loop turn on and off is accompanied with loud sound so it is usable only for songs where delay is on for the whole song.

simple but effective
If someone want's to try out different pedals and explore them a little bit more, these pedals from harley benton are great. Simple to use, nice simple sound and solid built. If you want a delay with more options or a warmer sound, look for something different.

The Harley Benton Digital Delay was my first Delay pedal I ever own. I used in in front of my Fender Blues Junior (no effect loop but playing clean when delay was in front of the amp).
The delay effect itself was not quite my cup of tea.... i can't find a setting which statisfy me completely.
In addition the Delay affected my signal chain negative. Even when not activated there was a noise in my signal chain which got louder when activated the delay.
I notice the same noise when playing over an Marshall Amp with fx-loop.
Recently I switched to an tc electronic flashback.... and im happy now....

An okay delay pedal
This is a good looking pedal, feels sold, although I wasn?t very excited with the sounds I got from it.
Plugging it in the FX loop of a Marshall DSL50, I can?t say there is somethig very bad about it I just felt the echoes pretty ?electronic? using it on distorted sounds, on clean stuff it was okay. I am used to the digital delays of recording software programs that you can manipulate the echoes much better, I was hearing a harshness to the effect while feeling the echoes mess with my dry signal in a not so pleasant way. I do music production for many years now and my ear has became very picky I guess...don?t know.
Also the fact that won?t let you tap your time makes it kind of hard to use so thats why I give 3 stars to the features. Anyways that is my opinion while I haven?t tried anything more expensive to compare it to.
Overall I think it is a good cheap device to start getting into the effects thing and if you like delay effects you will create nice things, plus you can do very fun alien and weird sounds cranking the feedback and playing with your time knob!

Overall acceptable.
It is a pretty good delay (actually I think it is analog, not digital, but don't really care too much about it) for the price it costs.
Certainly not the best option if you make heavy use of delay, but perfectly fits my needs, namely, sporadic use just for fun.
The main delay functions (time and repeat) are rather limited, but definitely better than other pedals in the same price range. Also, the pedal is extremely easy to use and the built quality seems ok.

Harley Benton Digital Delay
A simple pedal, well-built, that makes the job, especially considering the price. One has to be careful with the repeat and level control knobs, as they will saturate the sound if turned too high. Also, the delay time might be bit limited. It works for me, though, so it's a pedal I use often.

Okay for the price...
It is okay for the price range although it's nothing special. I was much more pleased with the TC Electronic's Flashback.

Digital(?) delay
This delay does not seem a bit digital to me. This is an analog delay. As such it does what expected to an extent. The build quality seem ok. The on/off gives a distinct click sound when used, not very nice. It works but I would not recommend it although it has a very good price. Invest more and get a better product.

Okay for the price
Obviously this delay is only ¤30,- for that price you get a good quality product but there are 2 problems.
1 this is an analog delay, not a digital.
It's more of a shimmer/reverb than an actual delay, the time knob only makes a difference between 11-2 o'clock before that there is hardly any slapback and after it doesn't really get faster at all.
So again great affordable little pedal but if you are really looking for that U2 kind of sound this is not your pedal.
