I love it. It's great.

I've used this in long rehearsals, and long gigs and I have not had a single drop out. I trust it in gigs and the battery got through the whole thing (I do charge it on the nest in the interval though just to make sure). I've read some reviews about battery life but I have not had any problem. It does take a while to charge though.
The cable feature is terrific. I use it at about half and it sounds great.
The tuner is OK too.
5.8Ghz takes it out of the busy Wi-fi area.
TOP TIP. I put a small piece of velcro on the unit and the guitar. It holds it in place and stops it flapping about.

Harley Benton AirBorne Pro 5.8Ghz Instrument

A "cheap" pedal board wireless system that I bought as a gateway into wireless guitar units.

I live in a 12 story building with a lot of wifi units around my apartment and this thing never dropped out since I bought it. The signal is not lost even if you play in another room. The tuner awesome and it is pedal sized so you can easily fit it on your pedalboard.

The negative point for the unit is the "cable-tone" knob has unusual resistance mid way of rolling. It still works of course. To be honest I don't get why anyone would like to have the "cable-tone" turned on anyway, it just takes away your highs. Even if you are for some reason picky with your tone, you could just dial the highs out with your amp. Without the feature the unit could be even cheaper. Oh well, to each his own.

You will get a better and more premium unit when you buy a Sennheiser or a Shure with more features and channel scanning, etc. but if you take into account that it works with a 5,8 ghz frequency, has a tuner and is pedalboard compatible and around 100 euros, you can't go wrong with it.

Y
Wireless guitar system on the cheap
YNM666 29.12.2021
If you need a reliable wireless system but don't want to spend a ton of money for one, you've found the right product.

The battery life is pretty decent considering the cost and the latency is minimal (I don't notice any, but I'm sure pickier ears than mine will notice some)

Great system all around

The first one I bought didn’t work,so I contacted customer service. They got back to me fairly quick and credited my account for the price of the product. Great customer service and support. I bought another unit because I still trusted this company, the new one I bought works flawlessly and I’m glad I bought another one. Thx Thomann and Harley Benton!!

SL
Affordable and great system

I could not ask more from this. It even has an inbuilt tuner.
Already played a gig with it once, no problems whatsoever.
The plastic feels a bit cheap and the whole unit - very light, but then again it is probably a good thing since it does not weight you down.
Great bang for the buck.

Great bit of kit!
The One N Only 20.09.2024
I bought this to make my set up more tidy and neat, I pair it with the Harley Benton wireless system, have my pedals hooked up to it and it is seamless. No latency or loss in signal (unless you really go away from the receiver). Minimises the unwanted hum from certain pickups. Just very impressed with this, for the price I was pretty taken back by the quality and gow easy it was to get set up. Just plug in and away you go. The built in tuner is great and very accurate. If you are thinking of getting this and maybe weren't sure, I would advise you to get it. I use it everyday I play and can't imagine how I got on without it before.

J
Excellent System!
Jimmyrockn4u 20.06.2021
I use the Harley Benton AirBorne Pro 5.8Ghz Wireless Instrument Instrument System in my home studio and I am very pleased with it. It works as well as my X***e system plus it has the added features of a built in tuner and cradle charging system. The transmitter is larger but it is certainly not a hindrance. Plus, it has a backlit display to let you know clearly what channel you are on, connection status, charging status and battery life. Something my other system does not have for a lot less money! I own 4 Ibanez, 2 Schecter, 2 Harley Benton and 1 Ovation guitars and it works on each every one of them without a problem. FYI, I have 45+ years experience gigging and studio work and would not have a problem using this at a gig.

reasonably reliable...
Dimo 02.10.2024
up to 5 meters, 7 at most but would not chance it at a gig for more than 5m. easy to use but must be careful with the emitter - it is plastic and somewhat fragile...
