For adding that "Jazz" to your old instruments
I bought this pickup cover to revitalise the look of my Fender Jazz bass and it really didn't disapointed. It manages to give it that stylish, 60's rock feel without overdampening the look of the overall instrument. I personally feel that it would be best to get an ashtray cover for the bridge to complete the iconic look of the bass but that is entirely up to the buyer.
The part comes in a light plastic packaging which, suprisingly, keeps it protected. The product itself features two screw holes that are easily mountable to your instrument. Assembly for the final product takes less than five minutes and you can be rocking away in style.

Fender original part
Totally perfect fit for my bass. I wanted to add a bit of flair to an old Femder reissue bass I had and this helps me keep my Fender bass am actual Fender bass. Perfect fit and great quality.

Perfect for your Jazz Bass
This may look like only a small piece of bent metal but it's really very good. The finish is perfect (no sharp and unfinished edges to cut yourself on here!) but it can easily be roughed up with sandpaper if you prefer a worn look.
It is the perfect accompaniment to the ashtray bridge cover but is also good in its own right. It adds not just an aesthetic addition to your bass but also gives you some extra uses!
Use 1 - stick foam under it to dampen the strings and hide the foam
Use 2 - use it as a rest for your hand and/or fingers.
If you want a cover for your Fender Jazz Bass then why not buy an official Fender product to match it?

sharp edges and… useless
i put it on to try different right hand positioning, but the edges are a little sharp.
can’t be sanded or filed fearing rust would start kicking in.
i ended up removing it as i prefer picking anywhere i want on the strings to adjust the sound.
will look good and nice when (and if) selling the bass guitar!

Chrome goodness
Bought for my American Fender Jazz bass to add that vintage look. Great product and fitted perfectly.
Does not come with screws so you will need to purchase those separately.
Great product, looks fantastic on the bass too :-)

official fender gear
I bought this to fit on my squire Jazz bass. I have to say it looks the business and really got that old school look that I was looking for. Easy enough to fit.

Fender Jazz (2)
The chrome covers on my 1970's Jazz Bass had long worn through and gone rusty. I took them off and assumed that was that until I found the Thomann Spares section. Genuine Fender parts, what more can I say? Thanks, Guys!

Fender vintage Jazz Bass pickup cover
This is a nice finishing touch for that vintage styling on a Jazz Bass. Many people use this cover on its own, rather than with the usual large 'F" stamped bridge cover.
On its own, the cover provides a rest for your palm/wrist when slapping (just like Marcus Miller).
