Fender is quality of sound
Edmunds V. 11.02.2014
I have several different manufacturers of cheap end guitars and the Fender CD-60 NA. I am sure that the product that carries the Fender name is of good quality and good sounding. Also in this case it does. Bought for a child can learn guitar. I like the fact that it is light weight. Comfortable neck and a pleasant sound. What else to see fit for this money in?
Changed the strings on Daddario Phosphor Bronze and remained the clearest sound yet. I am satisfied with this purchase.

It's pretty good for that price
VStar 29.05.2021
That guitar is pretty good for that price, BUT if you are very advanced and you want a really good guitar I recommend you something in higher price range. But for that price it does it's job. Also if you are a beginner, it's more thang enogh. I would also recomend it for intermediate players, that are on a budget.

K
Very nice guitar
Kozo 18.06.2020
It's my first Fender. For an entry level guitar I must say I was impressed. The first impression was amazement. Really easy to plan and quite a good sound.
The original strings required a change after 2 weeks (sound was not that pleasant anymore).

I am a beginner guitarist and with my budget, this guitar seemed like the best option for me. I like the sound and the guitar looks incredibly great for its price range.

Fender CD-60 NA V3: A Budget-Friendly Acoustic Gem
proveron 03.12.2024
The Fender CD-60 NA V3 is a great entry-level acoustic guitar, perfect for beginners and hobbyists. With a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a dreadnought body, it delivers a warm, balanced sound that works well for strumming or fingerpicking. The walnut fingerboard and comfortable neck make it easy to play, especially for newcomers.

At its price, the CD-60 offers excellent value. While it won’t compete with high-end models, it’s a solid, reliable choice for those seeking quality and affordability in one package.

A
Soft sounding guitar
Anonymous 03.03.2016
I can compare this Fender CD-60 NA acoustic guitar directly to the Fender CD-140S NA. Both acoustic guitars sound quite nice. The Fender CD-60 NA is a little less loud I would say. The sound is warmer and softer than the sound of the other model. It is definitely a matter of taste which guitar you prefer. I myself prefer the more direct and clearer sound of the Fender CD-140S NA. But all in all I would say that both guitars sounds good and the Fender CD-60 NA performs a little better because its ratio between price and performace is a little better.

Nice sound
RockAlien 03.02.2024
The body is nicely resonant. The tuners keep it in tune. The construction is clean (no residues inside). The binding and finish generally is well done. There was a dead fret on the high e string (C I think), but I gently filed a couple of the higher frets and it came to life. I haven't changed the strings yet, but when I do, I will replace the plastic saddle and nut with bone, and the pins with brass. I always enjoy playing it. Works really well with dropped D tuning.

It's totally worth your investment, full sound with good bass ring, keep in mind that it's not with mic.

It came out of the box 'record ready'', i am super happy with it especially for the price. Sounds a lot better than the audio demo ( think they forgot to tune it)

I like it
Gavalakis 13.11.2025
As far as guitars go, I am just a casual player mostly strumming and singing some songs, and occasionaly also recording some strumming guitar parts for my own songs. For that reason I couldn't justify a very expensive guitar at this time, but honeslty this one sounds and feels really great and is also really easy to play. Came nicely setup and with a nice set of strings too.

I have nothing to complain about and I am happy with this.
