Surprisingly good
Initially, when I saw how Dava grip described their picks as "lets you bounce between the feel of a soft gauge (rhythm) to a hard guage (lead) while playing!", I honestly do not expect much but I bought them anyways to be included in one shipment as a why-not moment.
Honestly, I am quite surprised! Usually I prefer thinner picks (0.05mm) to play rhythm due to personal comfort. These picks are thicker but surprisingly comfortable as compared to a normal pick with the same thickness.....for lead, you are supposed to grip harder. You could definitely feel the attack difference between strumming and picking lead - but not heaven and earth difference. BUT if you are into really thick pick for lead, this may not be what you are looking for. It is a bit more pricey for guitar picks but not stupidly expensive. An adequate addition to your arsenal if you have the budget.

Good ones
Size is exactly like Dunlop barell models. Thinner than Dunlop 1mm but same hardness, wich is great for me. Nice feel in fingers too. 4 stars beacuse they wear off almost like Dunlops but costs three times more. Not sure if "feel" in my fingers worth that much more.

Nice pick
Grip is excellent. Designed to replace with one single pick your soft pick you use for fast strumming and the hard one for jazz or shred or whatever.
To me it works only for the 'soft pick' usage. But does it very well. So it is only a 4*, and I stick to my dunlop for the hard pick thing.

Pretty good
While I personally didn't like these picks, 2 others in my band loved them!
They really liked the fact that they could easily change between playing softer chords and harder riffs with the same pick

Great grip, questionable durability.
I have to say that I am quite difficult in finding a pick that I really like. And those.. man I really like 'em. Comfortable on the grip, they help with dynamic playing style, but the plastic part on the top (the black one) can be easily torn. Within' one week of playing (lot of playing, but still...), one pick was completely destroyed.

Overall great picks with a minor flaw
Overrall these picks are a great product. They grip well, the "multi gauge" feature works decently and they endure quite long. However, I have noticed that, over time, they tend to bend, depending on the way you hold them. Personally not a fan of that, however that is subjective.

Perfect for 'pick droppers'
When I am playing guitar picks tend to shift position in my hand quite a lot which is why I felt the need to buy these. They do exactly as they say on the tin and I havn't dropped a pick since.
The rubber does extend to the tip closer than I would like, but a few seconds with a razor blade takes care of that. The sharp tip wears somewhat quicker than some other picks, but those are minor complaints compared to the control I have while using them.

Decent pick
Decent pick and and incredibly grippy.
Not a big fan of the colour scheme.
Buy then and give 'em a blast.
