My def. number 1 string choice
Daddario NYXL line are the best strings I've used so far. I've tried quite few string sets from other manufacturers but these are golden!
Also, Im very happy with set that I currently use (11-56) because, with other manufacturers, I couldn't find set that fits as good as this one either top string was always a bit flappy or tension was way high and bending was nearly impossible.
Endurance of these strings is absolutely amazing. I wipe them before show and they manage to pull 3-4 gigs easily.
I would def. recommend these strings!

Great sound and they last longer
I've used Elixir Nanoweb for a long time, being pretty happy with their prolonged life and the punch they deliver. I decided to give the NY XL a try and I haven't looked back. I like the way they feel, the way they sound, and they do last longer than a set of regular D'Addario strings. I wasn't expecting much given I bought them for my Dean V to use in drop B for slugdy, doomy stuff, but they're surprisingly good and I plan on using them from now on on this guitar. While the low strings are thick and heavy, the higher one are very soft and flexible, giving me a lot of versatility throughout the fretboard. I'm done experimenting, NY XL are keepers for me :)

Brilliant but…
The fancy core makes them feel a lot heavier than they are. Great but, for me (and I like 13-58’s) they feel a gauge heavier than stated.

Ideal for a d-tuning for les paul, it also gives a bit more output and clear defined notes.
useless pro is the package is really soft
only cons are the recycling program from daddario should be also be more available in europe

Only strings you'll ever need
I've used these strings for years and I've never had a bad string. Never snapped with a bend, and if sometimes you just cannot be bothered changing strings, their clarity doesn't die out incredibly fast like some other brands.
Incredibly strong, long lasting and beautiful sounding. I will never use anything but NYXL.

Amazing strings!
I use these strings on my PRS Custom 24 in drop D and C mostly, and they're great. I used to use Elixirs and while they're great strings too, these have a clarity to them and higher tension that makes more aggressive styles a charm to play. I do feel like the advertised mid frequency boost is audible.
Overall I do really like the feel and sound of these strings and would recommend them to anyone that's looking for strong, durable and punchy strings that are a charm to play.
