Excellent Idea...however!
I fitted a Fishman pickup to an acoustic guitar, however, when I tried to fit a strap, the leather piece of the strap wouldn’t fully engage with the end-pin strap-button (why don’t Manufacturers just make the end-pins bigger?). I searched the Thomann website (as you do!) and saw this device.
It’s exactly what I was looking for...however, the Chord is tied with a knot at the end and when I gently touched pulled at it, the knot unravelled. Okay this is no biggie, but if I’d have put this straight onto my guitar strap and the Chord knot untied, I’d be Googling names of local Luthiers.
So, when you first get the CinchFit, dab a little bit of Superglue on the Knot to stop it unravelling (why isn’t this done at the assembling process...?) and you’ll be good to go.
Apart from that, it’s spot-on!

Does the job!
Wanted to put strap locks on my acoustics. All have end pins with jack sockets. This was the only solution I could find with Thomann. I have purchased Schallers for the other side.
Arrived exactly on time and very well packaged with other gear I had ordered. Straight out of the pack it is bigger than you might think and not all that glamorous but not bad looking either. It is super easy to use and you can fit it to your strap in seconds and leave it on or take it off if you like. It hooks on to the guitar relatively easy. There is no front or back. It has a very soft rubber to protect the end of your guitar from friction marks. It lies pretty flat against the end of the guitar & it is quiet on the guitar and doesn't rattle when the guitar is on. It is quite secure and fits the Fishman sockets like a glove. I would have 99% confidence in it! (Nobody gets 100% LOL)
The only minor negative is that it ads about 5-6 inches to the length of your strap, so you will need to consider this when buying for your strap.
All in all a great product from D'Addario. Good solution for acoustic players that want to lock the strap on to the guitar while allowing a jack to be plugged in with no difficulty.

Amazing product
I was getting tired of having my jack get loose and the strap not fitting well. This solves both problems! I got this after I saw Justin Sandercoe recommend it in a video. Should definitely be a more widely known and used product!

Almost perfect
I have a couple of these for my 2 acoustics. Fits perfectly on my Gibson songwriter. Doesn’t quite close on my Epiphone hummingbird although it still holds it ok. Strangely enough it fit fine on the 12 string Epiphone hummingbird I used to have. So basically there is a fine tolerance. If it fits properly it’s great, if not it will be slightly irritating but still function

Great solution for a very common issue
I guess everyone has had struggles with the jack plug on the bottom of the guitar, and this products solves it all. I'm very happy with it! I'm now able to easily remove my guitar strap without damaging it all the time, and put my guitar safely in a case without the strap damaging it.
Removing is very easy. Attachment requires you to take a look to fasten it well. Still a very easy to do. I've used it for a couple of months now and I've never had the idea that it could come of.

Useless
I have four acoustic guitars and it didn't fit to any of them, I guess I have to replace their strap buttons, but I don't want to do that. Price is very high for the gadget it is. Will not recommend.

Check it works for your guitar first
Didn't fit my electro-acoustic classical/nylon. Check it will work for your guitar before buying.

Best way to use strap on acoustic guitar
Easy, effective and stylish as well!
It's a must have little tweak for any acoustic guitarist.
Pros
You can quickly remove it, use it on different straps, doesn't get in the middle when you plug your jack!
Cons
Cannot really see one for now, maybe price will be nice if it was few quid less, but that's it
