It help me a lot to understand the theoretical sequence of the arpeggios and the way this book approaches the different timings and shapes of its exercises is just perfect to me .Cause if you give time just with this one you can comprehend the scales and the suitable notes for your soloing.

Wie jede Technik, will auch Sweep Picking gelernt sein.

Vor Jahren hatte ich mal mit dem Video von Frank Gambale angefangen...und aufgegeben. Riesen Arpeggios über sechs Saiten waren mir zu viel und so habe ich mich weiter hin dem Wechselschlag gewidmet.

Dieses Buch fängt mit einfachen Mustern über zwei Saiten in Triolen und Sechzehnten an. Es baut langsam auf, drei Saiten, ein paar Songs von Mr. Joe Stump, Sweeping über vier Saiten usw. Zwischendurch wirft Herr Stump noch etwas Theorie rein.

Ich bin gerade am Anfang und die vorgestellten Muster sind praxisnah ergo machen Laune und motivieren weiter zu machen.

Für die, die sich diese Technik aneignen wollen, ein wertvolles Buch.
