I have been using a pair of these B1520 Pro's for over 6 months now and when I say use...I mean USE! These are stored in my van (not recommended) And gig three to four times a week in different venues. Regarding sound....they just keep on giving regardless what I throw at them. I recommend two additions to these speakers though. (1) invest in a small hand truck (Trolly) they are a bit heavy (I bought a hand trolly for €30) and, in order to get the full benefit of these speakers, run them though a mixing console so you can get a more advanced and well balanced result ( I run mine with a Yamaha EMC512C powered mixing console...epic!)
They take severe punishment on the road and I have yet to play a venue where I needed more. Ok..for very large ballrooms and halls you may need a pair of bass bins to take up the slack, But I've yet to require them.
I am OCD when it comes to sound quality....I love these B1520 Pro's....and if I ever accidentally drop one from a very high building, I'll buy them again.

Heavyweight and pack a punch...

Great at what they do and certainly pack a punch....but a bit weighty when it comes to lifting them up onto speaker stands...a two man job, so not great for a solo artist
