Romantic guitar
I restaured an old romantic guitar from around 1800.
I was afraid of tension to this old guitar, so i needed light tension, and preferable strings that mimic the sound of the old gut strings from that time. I decided to give these Aquilas a shot. The strings are VERY decent and have a warm tone.
Only cons are: the highest string (E or 1st) kept snapping when i got close to the tone (i tuned the guitar a half step lower). I decided to tune the guitar up from a B (si) by half a tone a day, which worked.
The strings remain stable in tune after 5-10 tuning sessions.

Perfect match for my Kanilea GL6
Perfect fit for my Kanilea GL6 guilele with a baritone scale neck. Like the tension and tone. The trebles sound just so sweet. Only miner thing is the duration of the bass strings, they lasted only one week, thats about the time they needed to break in.
