Squeeky-squeeky
First of all, these aren't bad strings- they're okay. Nice clear, crisp sound. I have 3 problems with it:
1. They're really thin. Or at least they FEEL really thin. It's probably why they have such a high-middy sound. If you want to record ukulele with other instruments, that could be a good thing for the mix, but if one of your main focuses is the uke, a bit beefier sound and feel would be better I think.
2. They feel unnaturally slippery. Comfy for sliding around the neck, but a bit weird on the picking hand for fingerstyle.
3. My biggest problem with it is that it's super SQUEEKY. When my fingers slide a bit on the strings they have this really unpleasant high pitched plastic noise. Sorta makes picking with your fingertips a pain to listen to.
So if you're just strumming some chords and want the uke to sit well in a mix with other instruments, these strings can be good, but for me personally, they are just weird and squeeky.

Perfect feel and sound
Aquila red series strings are hands down my favourite ukulele strings. They always deliver a nice feel for strumming, not too stiff, and sound VERY clear and crisp.
The only improvement I'd want is for them to look even redder but at the same time, I also like how they blend in if you don't want super bright red strings too. They look red up close and slightly more brownish when looking at them from a distance.

Great
Have been using them for a few months now - they show no sign of wear, they tune well, good projection, deep juicy sound, no shrill or tinny tones. 100% satisfied.

Bright and cheery
Not a very experienced player but these strings are pleasingly clear, something other than the normal ukulele sound.

Aquila Red Series Review
I must saw, when I took the strings out of the packet I was surprised to see that they where actually red! But I am more than happy with the sound. They are clear, bright and long lasting, I've had them on my ukulele for about 2-3 weeks now and they sound like I just put them on, Fantastic product!
