Great product but bad support

The product itself is excellent. Unfortunately, when you try to install the software for Mac, it doesnt download properly from thei rwebsite. I have seen other comments on this so I know Im not the only one. A bit disappointing, as the product itself is exactly what I expected.

Insensitive pads

It is simple and cheap, which is good, but it requires quite a lot of force to trigger the pads which makes it pretty much useless if you want to make, for instance, a dynamic hi-hat pattern. Only reason I did not send it back was because by the time I actually tested it I was at the point of no return.
